Nursery - how long before DD gets used to the noise?

8 month old DD started nursery 3 weeks ago. She only goes 2 times a week (full days) so she is of course still adapting - as am I bein away from her :(

Any way she's barely sleeping there, which I can't say I'm surprised at as at home she has a quiet room (except for the white noise we use) in a detached house. At nursery she has to sleep in a room with other babies and noise.

I'm sure she will adapt but just keen to hear others experiences.

is this a problem? tbh my 2 never really slept at nursery very well. They were also in twice a week, I found they had a long sleep too make up on the other days. I suspect they would have slept better if they had been in more.

Only insofar as she's 8 months old and needs more than half hour a day!

so what happens if she doesn't have it? As I said mine slept a lot the next day.

Is there a quiet area they can put her down for a bit in the morning as well? Is the issue that she is just being bunged in a cot at lunchtime? dd2 was in from 9 months and that's what they did with her.
