Books on teenage careers advice?

I have a niece who needs careers advice and it's hard for me sometimes to know what to say, as I feel too emotionally involved. Can anyone recommend any books which might help?

There's is a lovely book called "What color is your parachute" I read it 20 years ago and it's still in print. I just looked on amazon and there's a new version for 2014. However in the first review was the comment that the book has been streamlined and leaves out the fluff chapters on figuring out what to do. These bits were helpful so perhaps you could find an old edition?

Job hunting for dummies is quite good on the practical stuff or at least it was in my day.
