hi iv 4 children a 10 year old a 5 year old a 3 year old and 2 year old and my 5 year old son has bit of temper i try do time out but he tries to run off and ifvi hold his hands gentle he shouts get off your hurting me real loud and people give me funny looks if i give him warning he just ignores me he dont sit on time out he runs off if i let him go so i need to hold his hands but dont want people thinking i hurting him 
iv got a pasta reward jar in house each week he start of with 5 pastas if good he gets a pasta to put in if naughty he loses a pasta n at end of week if he 6 or more pastas he gets reward n it works in house but he full of energy would love some advice please
