Hi. I don't know if my daughter is speaking enough?. She can say sentences such as 'come on mummy' 'let's play in the garden'
'Go away' which is her favourite to herbig sister. She can count to ten and does have words I just don't feel she has enough? Also she babbles a lots if she doesn't know what to say. I do flash cards which she seems to know a lot of it's just getting the words out! She's at home with me all day and she will
Start school nursery in January so does she sound normal or am I comparing her to much? Just sometimes when I hear other children her age their speech is outstanding.

She sounds fine. Put the cards away and talk to her. Turn off TV and radio if you have it on for background as it can mean you talk to her less.

She sounds like she's doing just fine. Smile

Posted too soon sorry.
All children are different so try not to compare. Some are talking in full sentences at 18 months others take longer but what you describe sounds absolutely fine.
