Nearly 4 year old bed time nightmare!

He is 4 next month.
Sleep trained at a year and after bath, story and milk he would sleep beautifully.
Until about 3 months ago.
He was waking up and being disruptive- waking his brother so we moved him into his own room.
He was so excited about this and seems happy.

He just won't go to sleep now!
It's exhausting, he can be up at 9pm.
Currently he listens to an audio book after milk in bed.
He can get himself in a right state, tantruming and just repeats the same thing over and over.
He is very bright but emotionally immature...or just a drama queen who didn't do terrible two's and making up for lost time?

Help please!

Does he nap at all during the day? What time is he getting up? What does he do during the day? Is he at preschool? What is he eating/drinking?

He doesn't nap and he gets up anytime from 5-7!
Today was 5!
Argh! I'm ordering blackout curtains today even though he has blackout curtains it's not enough. So ordering the ones you put behind the curtains.

We have the Gro clock, I've tried lavender spray. Just sleep child!

Get the gro anywhere blind - best thing we've ever bought! Also lots of running about. I have been resorting to meditation like things ('imagine you're lying in a field... Etc) with my 5 yr old. 'Tis the light nights and will sort itself out.
