My little girl loves the following:

Puzzles, pushing a dolly in a toy buggy and other push along toys, toy cars, books, wendy house, dolls cot, crayons and colouring, noah's ark and animals, magnetic letters (and foam ones in the bath which you can buy in tescos for a few quid)tea set, playdoh, painting (she never sits still!)

For christmas I am going to get her either a bike or a minature kitchen. I have just found a lovely toy shop which has offerings on the net called wooden it be lovely dot co dot uk or dot com.

push toys! evrything from her v-tech walker to her dolls buggy, and her ride on car (shes occasionally been know to use the push toys while on the car.

she also has loads of pencils and crayons and we give her a few sheets of paper to scribble on at the coffee table

anything that makes an annoying little electronic tune

her board books

soft toys that get dragged around the house and 'fed' her food when she's trying to offload it!

i have a huge bag in the corner filled with junk mail leaflets, cardboard tubes, empty cartons and other random junk that she loves to root through

balls... bouncy ones, rattly ones, soft ones

My 17 month old absolutely loves his play tent. We had it outside for him in the Summer but now we have it in our lounge. He goes in there as soon as he gets downstairs in the morning, it was a brilliant buy!

He also loves little puzzles, cars, books, balls and anything he can hit (i.e. his hammer bench, drum, xylophone etc).
