Hello all
I have a 4yr old boy whom I adore as many of us do....he has a cousin who is 6 weeks older than him who is in the same class at nursery and she's a girl..... I spent the best part of two years comparing him to her in mile stones which I now no is totally wrong!!
So they started nursery at the same time and my little man got off to a horrible start as he was with me for the first 3 yrs of his life but settled within a few weeks, then I started to get calls from the teacher saying he was a little aggressive and so I started to worry, he has hit a few children in his class but the teacher assures me he not setting out to do it but it happens when he gets frustrated
I have no problem with his learning level as he seems to excel in numbers letters matching and all other things 3-4 yr old do.
But trouble is he is now not listening to me his dad or teachers....and when faced with punishment thinks nothing of it, he will punch me and kick and scream and when I go to tell him off will carry on screaming until I stop talking is this a common thing for boys??? If not what can I do?? Every little thing seems to set him off into a melt down....please help xxx
