wobbly head still at 4 months

is this normal? can hold up up sporadically but when tired gets particularly floppy?

DS is 4 months and is doing exactly the same.

thanks - know i shouldn't get into competitive mum mode but saw 3 week old last week who's head control was miles better then random foreign man told me yesterday he has weak head no?

My dd was really floppy for ages, her whole body.
She didnt sit uptill she was 8 months!
But she was walking at 1 year as normal.

have a feeling already he will be a talker early not a walker - far too lazy for any physical exertion anyway

first had wobbly head for five months, medical prof were pancking and sent him for various tests to rule out every illness in the books, no known reason and was walking fine at 1 and is very sporty at 11 - have learnt not to worry over all these "milestones"
