Worried about DS head shape

I am worried about my DS's head shape. He is four by the way.

His fontanelle is still there, but is dented. It seems like his head looks split, from where the fontanelle is, it does not belong or groove together.

I'd take him to the GP, they will soon tell you if that is normal or not. If he's got to 4 and it isn't causing him any problems then I'd guess its fine, but it can't hurt to check to put your mind at rest.
