Help please need help with my daughter

I have a 10 year old girl with a menial age of a 4/5 year old she has a statement and goes to a special school, but at home and out and about it's so hard and iv tried everything :-( she has like paddies like a toddler she attacks peeps and hurts herself and her siblings she's now hitting pubaty and she's getting harder she doesn't understand her emotions Eva .... Please can any one relate or help xx

I'm not in the same position as my DDs don't have learning difficulties but it sounds very difficult.
Have you had any support or assessments from social services?
