Can you freeze home made purées that have a little milk in them?

The milk is the Aptamil cartons.

Anyone know?

I can't see why not either, milk freezes fine, and it is ok to freeze breastmilk to save it, so presumably is ok for babies to have frozen milk

I would, but you can you use whole milk in cooking from 6 months and that would def be fine if it's the formula part you're worried about.
