2.5 months ago my 7 month old (4.5 months at time) got his finger stuck on a changing table, it wasn't till he cried that I noticed. Now every time I need to use a public changing table he cried like crazy, he never usually cries but he really goes mad until I sit him up and he stops. He's fine on his changing unit at home. Is there any chance he remembers the finger incident ???

I doubt it. My dd2 is now 18mo and has always gone mad when I have to change her on public changing tables. To be fair, most of them are high and must feel quite precarious, and I guess the environment is strange and unfamiliar which can't help when you're having your bottom stripped and exposed!
