Leather slippers for baby - any good?

My baby is crawling and walking with a crawler. Is it worthwhile investing in leather slippers or is it better to go straight for crawler shoes?

They're quite good, we had them just for keeping feet warm really, the sock moccasins with leather soles were good too. It's better to leave them shoe-less as much as possible. We got cruiser shoes when he was consistently cruising around outside, but he only wore them outside, the rest of the time socks or the moccasins.

Yes, that's it, mocc-ons! I found nice cheap versions of those in Sainsbury's, they stayed on really well too!

I got ballet shoes for mine at that stage. Fairly cheap, and comfortable forthem.

Yes, I used them with mine once they were at the crawling and cruising stage. I used www.dottyfish.co.uk and they were great and much cheaper than other brands.
