how long does a growth spurt last ? (16wks)

Dd is 16 weeks and gone back to feeding every couple of hours or so, worst at night. She had previously always slept well.
Am assuming growth spurt but how long will this last? Haven't slept all week and need a light at the end of the tunnel! Thanks

I remember dd2s growth spurt at that age, it lasted exactly a week. She went from sleeping through the night to needing feeding every 2 hours, then after the week she just went straight back to her old routine.

4 months in our case!
