When do foot arches drop?

Dd is just over a year old

She is standing and moving around furniture

Shoe shop won't fit her with shoes as her arches haven't dropped apparently. I can't find much about it online and never had this problem with older dc who were fitted with shoes at the same stage?

I was also only looking at prewalkers?

you should be able to get shoes for her. ive never heard of that as they have shoes for all ages. where are you taking her. I go to clarks.
