Witching Hour ...

Ok ... So what & how does everyone do with the witching hour 5-6pm ... I HATE IT!

5pm kicks in and whoa! Satan has risen ... (5 Month old) I then do bottle & bath from 6:15pm but any tips on the deathly hour?? He just wants to be held ShockShockShockShockShock

Hold him? He's tired! I used to aim to get my youngest asleep by 6pm so try an earlier bedtime? This cut down the madness until they were a bit older.

Yes ... I think you're right just hold him. He's not one for not wanting to sit still thou, have to be on the move xxx

6am? Putting them down later never resulted in later mornings sadly.

It only lasted a few months if that before bedtime went later to 6.30 then 7.

I agree. ..it seems no matter how early or late they go down they always wake up at the same time!

5pm onwards with a 2 yo is much worse believe me!

My dd was 5 months about this time last year. We started to take her for a walk around teatime as the nights got lighter. The fresh air helps them sleep better apparently.
