My DD is 17 months, she is poorly today. She's been sick this morning and refused to eat, been very grizzly. She fell asleep at 11.30ish and is still asleep now. She normally goes to bed at 7, should I wake her up soon or let her be? I feel bad waking her - she did wake at 2.15 but cried so much I put her back at 2.30. Poor girl, not sure what to do. Also, do I offer any food?

I'd perhaps offer some dry toast. And some week squash I wouldn't worry about food though just fluids.

leave her be. when she does wake up offer food but don't worry if she doesn't eat it. do make sure she drinks though try ice poles/ lollies if she won't. prepare for a sleepless night but hopefully she be back to normal soon.
