Is my son developing normally?

My son is 11 and is going through puberty, growing hairs etc. However his penis is still very small and childlike. Is this normal? when do boys start developing in that area?

Each child develops differently, but I think your ds is developing normally. You'll notice when his penis changes, because he won't want you to see it!! Well, none of my boys did anyhow.
Each child develops at a different rate, my oldest son was a late bloomer, he was about 15, but my youngest started at about 10.
You'll have your own 'mouldy' teen before you know it.
