breakfast usually one weetabix or bowl of baby oats with pot of fruit 125ml, scattered cheerios
Lunch has 4 ice cubes of yellow veg mixed with some chicken/fish pot of fruit, scattered cheerios, sometimes some cheese or greek yogurt
supper 4 ice cubes of root veg, 4 ice cubes of green veg, yogurt
I offer some banana and other fruits during day if his interested
Drink
about 500ml per day, including milk on breakfast cereal and porridge
He drinks water at lunch and supper and when he has a biscuit in the afternoon
