kicked, punched, slapped, pinched, bit and scratched me until i was a bruised bleeding mess!

the reason? because she yet again, threw a strop and refused to move. i needed to get shopping and picked her up. thats all. she gets more aggressive by the day. any advice greatly appreciated!

am in the same boat with my 3 yr old ds who is currently in his room having yet another 'cool off and think' session. Its really hard and I'm sorry not to have any advice at this point, I'm searchign for some myself so will pass on any tips I get. Hang in there
