At what age did your Dc correctly use he and she while talking?

My dd is almost 5, she doesn't seem to use he and she correctly although I do wonder sometimes if it's just me over analyzing TBH. Sometimes while we are playing she will laugh and say "you are a naughty boy mummy". She calls her brother and dad her or she. Yet if she is looking at pictures, after a short pause, she will say "the boy is eating an apple" or "the girl is playing football" so she can see the difference IYSWIM?

Can't remember precisely, but I've know a few who still got confused until age nearly 6yo. Don't think it's that unusual.
