Explosive nappies

Hi All, I'm fairly new to mumsnet so not completely sure I'm posting in the right place. Anyway, DD 9 months has had very explosive nappies for the las four days. How long would you leave it before seeing GP? She seems fine apart from that, teething aside!
I think one of the reasons for the problem might be that I left her without a nappy playing by herself for about ten minutes whilst I made her dinner, and just popped my head in to see if she was OK as she was being uncharacteristicaLly quiet, to find her covered and I mean COVERED, mouth ears, EVERYWHERE! I win bad mummy competition!!!

it's probably because of the teething, so once that is over she should go back to normal.
ad don't worry, i think a lot of us have had poo disasters like that.
