how to.deal.with a.screaming.toddler

my dd is 2 and when.she.goes in bad tempers she screams loud and if i.leave her to come out it she tires herself out and falls sleep but she.no.longer naps during day qnd if she has even 5 minuites sleep during day she dont sleep.all night she wakes during night so.i.have to keep hwr awake during day so.she can.sleep at night i at a loss what to do

This might sound a bit odd, but could you get her to do a little bit of exercise shortly before bed-time? -Jumping jacks, or rolling on the floor/climbing up and down a stair or similar as part of a game with you.

DSis has two v. active children and swears that even getting them to do five minutes of this makes a huge difference to how they sleep at night (her second one was v.similar in sleep patterns to your DD from the sounds of it).
