Dd is2 years and 2 months.
She has recently got into this routine:
Wake - 6.15/30am
Nap - 1-2.15/30
In bed - 7.30 but does not fall asleep until 8.30/9pm
Does this seem like enough sleep for her age? I really don't think it is but don't know what to do about it.
Also if I take away the nap she does fall asleep earlier at night but sleeps more restlessly and wakes earlier.
