Put all in same routine for now. Ie bath all at same time, bed same time etc

If eldest naps still put all down for nap at same time, if not encourage reading in bed for a while, then quiet one of story CDs so you get 1-2 hrs with no one running around!

Go out every day. Getting a run in park in morning will mean above nap/ quiet time more likely to happen

I've noticed behaviour change in the eldest two since two weeks before I had ds. Very up and down. Bedtime all over the place, sporadic naps, 5:30am wake ups??

Dd1 has nursery every morning so we have to be out the house by 8:15. Manic at the minute... All new I guess as it's all happened in the month of January
