9 year old wetting himself on purpose

My DS2 is 9 and he wets the bed, this is not a problem, he wears a pull up nappy to bed and we are being supported by a clinic. The issue I have is that in the morning he keeps his pull up on and pees himself on purpose. I have two young boys to get ready in the morning and whilst I tell him to get out of it asap he doesn't and I have my hands full. He will happily sit around in it for hours if he could. I know he cannot help wetting whilst he is asleep as I check on him and his nappy is normaly wet by 11ish and by the time he is awake its fairly full, but this is just laziness. It seems t9 demonstrait that he is not bothered about being dry.

ds's psych said to make him change the bedding. If he doesn't, you strip it, but don't remake it.

This stuff is madness, honestly. But he will grow out of it. Ds is 12 and we now see light at the end of the tunnel.
