My daughter is nearly 4 months old. I'll tell you our current routine, as I can't exactly remember how things were a month ago (baby brain!) but it wasn't too far off what it is now.
She wakes up around 7am and feeds. She has expressed breast milk in a bottle at every feed, and I give her the same amount each time (160ml/5.5oz-ish), any more and she brings it up. Nappy change, then she has some time in her bouncy chair or laying on the bed with a couple of toys while I get showered/dressed etc, then we have a bit of a play together with rattles, etc.
She goes into her cot for first nap of the day by around 8:30am, for between 40 mins and an hour. We have settled into feeds around every 3 hours or so (though if she is hungry before that/doesn't seem hungry, we don't stick to a rigid 3 hours). After that first nap, I get her dressed for the day then she will usually feed around 10am. Depending on what day it is, we'll either have a walk, go into town, meet a friend, baby group, something like that. On those days she kind of naps on the go without as much structure. If we were at home all day, it would probably look something like this.
7am feed.
8:30 - 9:30 sleep
10am feed
11 - 12 sleep
1pm feed
1:30 - 2:30 sleep
4pm feed
4:30 - 5:30 sleep
The inbetween times, she'd use the play gym, go in her bouncer while I bake, lay on the mat with toys, songs etc.
Bath time is at about 6:20pm, when my husband takes over for the evening. He baths her and feeds her, and she tends to be in her cot for 7pm.
We dream feed at 10:30pm, and fingers crossed she sleeps through til 7am (although this isn't always the case - she does occasionally wake once in the night, but this is for dummy, rather than food).
I like having structure to the day, but don't freak out if we can't stick to "the routine"!
