3 month old not sleeping as much as he used to

my DS is 14 weeks and since about 6 weeks has only woken once for feeding during the night, but this last week he has been up 3 or 4 times and I'm knackered. He is properly full before he goes down at 9, he won't go down unless he is! and when he wakes he just wanted fed. He has also had a stuffy nose which may be part of the problem. Please tell me it will get better?

It is totally normal for sleep to go from good to bad and all over the place. It will get better but in the meantime prioritise your own sleep. Even if that is going to bed at the same time as ds once a week.
