Anyone else having behaviour problems when kids are told its time to have a break from the I pad. My 8 and 10 year old are just horrid when their time is up and their behaviour continues to be poor hours later . I feel like banning the blasted thing for good!

Is it there own ipad? If not, just give them a warning, ie in five minutes I want you to come off. Then if they don't come off nicely tell them if they don't do as you say and be nice about it, there is no ipad for a week. Actually I'd do that if it was their ipad too.

Agree. Speak to them before and say they need to 'ok' with finishing up, as it is unpleasant for everyone. If they can't do it, then the only other way to save the aggro is not to have any ipad time.

Stick to your guns as they need to learn not to grump just because they don't get their own way (their future partners will thank you!)
