My DD is growing up [sad]

I wasn't sure if I should put this here or in Health

My DD (who is 8.5) is geting boobs and a bum

I'm so sad she is growing up

I have had to have 'the chat' about periods and wearing a top - it's such a shame

No it's not it's great! Think of all the fun to come and how you can watch her grow into a lovely young woman.

I'm terrifed....I will make so many mistakes

I have a dd who'll be 9 in November. She's definately getting a shape - however a few weeks ago I noticed pubic hair. Is this normal for her age - she seems so immature in attitude but is starting to develop fast.

katymac Im sure you wont mess up, it is such a wonderful age to experience, you will be great, the very fact that your thinking about it should be enough proof that youll be ok. you have a very lucky DD. XX
