my 2y3m old has recently started pooing in his sleep. I haven't really thought twice about it but dh thinks something is wrong and suggested i post on here!! he thinks there may be psychological issues but doesn't think it's one for the doctor. He is convinced our other children didn't do this at this age. Any ideas!? Do we think i'm not loving him enough and that's making him relax his sphincter?
