Colic starting at 13 weeks?

Does anyone know if colic can start at 13 weeks?
My baby is now 14 weeks, generally happy and content but all of a sudden has become v unsettled, waking more in the night and crying lots!
I thought maybe teething as she's sucking on fingers and drooling. But when she cries her hands are no where near her mouth. Having said that she doesn't pull her legs up or arch her back either.
She went through a 12 week growth spurt but that's now ended.
Not sure what's causing all the crying. She cries at all parts of the day, not just witching hour.

Weird one but mine got worse around that age and it seemed to be moving to wearing mire outfits rather than babygrows. I assume to dowith the waist bands pressing on his belly.

My DS suffered from colic which became much worse at around 13/14 weeks. Turned out he has cows milk allergy. Once I eliminated cows milk, we had the most settled nights ever.
