Hi all

I would be grateful for some feedback on your little ones sleep. My Ds2 (7 months) was having 3 naps a day lasting approximately 45 mins long each. However recently he doesn't seem to want his morning nap. But he seems to be too young to drop this- I really can't remember how Ds1 slept at this age. He sleeps pretty well at night, from 7pm to anywhere from 5.15/ 6am. Can anyone remember what there little ones slept/ do sleep during the day?

Many thanks

It could be the adjustment his body is making now he's on solids? Or maybe due to developmental changes - is he trying to make the next leap to crawling/pulling up etc? My son's naps were pretty reliable by the time he went onto solids (45 mins after breakfast and 1-1.5 hrs after lunch), but that kind of went out the window once his food intake increased to two meals at 7 months, and it became hard to get him to sleep for more than 2 x 30 mins during the day.

Now (9m) he's gone the other way - in the last week he's suddenly upped his naps to 2 hours each!

My LO started nursery at 7 months and fell into a fairly predictable sleep routine of a morning nap about 10am, for a hour or so, and an afternoon nap about 2ish for about the same, sometimes longer.
