Any advise would be appreciated as me n hubby r stumped.
My little man was very happy eating 5oz every 4ish hours, then he seemed to want more n cry for more after finishing a bottle (at 6 week) so we uped it to 6oz. Worse mistake. He ate it,but started being more Sicky, n it threw him off for his other feeds, only having 3\4\5 oz at the next feeds or going 5\6 hours but screaming cos he's starving,so tried 5oz again but 3.5 hours, but that didn't work either. Tried him on hungry milk 5oz every 4 n it worked for 2days then back to being hungry but 6oz is too much liquid, n if we feed him at diff times it throws his feeds off. I really do not know what to do for the best. Help?? Xx

Not sure on this one sorry, think you might be better off in the breast and bottle section though.

Hopefully this will bump for you Smile

I can't offer any useful advice about your question, but I just wanted to say you'll probably get lots more answers if you post on the section all about feeding babies. Loads of knowledgable people over there. www.mumsnet.com/Talk/breast_and_bottle_feeding

If you are worried about him not taking enough or being hungry, I'd bin the hungry baby milk Muskett. It doesn't contain anymore calories, just takes longer to digest so they can end up having fewer calories over the day, not more.

How was he before 6 weeks? Have you tried changing his brand of formula and are you winding before, during and after a feed? Have a look on youtube at "tiger in the tree hold".
