'banana baby' - concern about baby's posture

My little girl is 4 months old. As she's got bigger, I've noticed that when lying down or sat supported she always adopts a banana shaped position with head and legs to the side and tummy bulging to the right. Sometimes I just think I'm being over concerned as I'm sure babys' tummies can be a bit bulgy but other times I worry that she'll have curvature of her spine. My doctor is writing to the paediatrician for me but says there's no problem. In the mean time, should I worry or not? What can I do other than wait to hear from the paediatrician?
Thanks for reading this

i think if there was a curvature your GP would have spotted it as wold the pead at the hospital before they released you.

i wouldn't worry to much but your right to get it checked out
