Please help I'm getting desperate

15 week old DS started sleeping through at 11 weeks but now has been up every night for a week.
He wakes up every 30 mins until I feed him then he'll sleep longer and it's driving me insane. It's coincided with me being EXTREMELY busy and my period so I am absolutely exhausted and in dead on my feet and getting depressed now.

I need my sleep so bad and I can't even fall asleep now cause I know he'll wake me up the second I drop off

I don't have a clue what to do I'm really getting to the end of my tether

Is he perhaps having a growth spurt and just needs a bit extra at the moment? It might peter out again.

Sorry, that's all I can think of. I'm sure someone else will be along in a minute.

That's what I was thinking it was but I thought they just took a few days? Sad

I've noticed he's sometimes struggling and wriggling when feeding him and won't take his full bottle. I feel like I'm about to go insane Confused

Just in case you don't know, there is a whole sleep section. Just thought I'd mention it, as I didn't realise so when I was in your position reading this board, I thought I was the only one having sleep problems! Which made me feel worse.
The gradual withdrawal method worked well for me and ds3. You would think by number 3 I would know what I was doing!

Could he have a milk allergy....it is possible.....did you put him on formula recently?

Four month sleep regression.....we're not out of it yet and my baby's now six months. G'luck!

MamaPingu · 24/12/2013 08:14

What is the four month sleep regression?
I filled him to the brim every 3 hours yesterday and he still woke up at 2 for a small feed Shock

My ds started sleep regression about 18 weeks and we are only just started coming out of it now at 24 weeks. Still not back to sleeping through like he used to but it's much improved. You just have to ride the storm I'm afraid. We've started giving him a bottle of hungry milk just before bed which seems to help a little.
