What do I need to do to get DS to sleep again?

DS has slept through from 11 weeks old. By 12 weeks he was sleeping 7:30-7:30.
Now at 15 weeks he has started waking in the night again and is starving, I'm feeding him as much as I can in the day time.

Could he be having a growth spurt? He has been up for 4 nights now so I thought he'd have stopped with the growth spurt by now?

I'm really exhausted already and feel like I can't adjust back to night feeds very well Confused I'm desperate for this to stop soon!

It's the 4 month sleep regression. Have a look at the wonder weeks book or website too Xmas Smile
