15 Months - What is going on ?!

Can anyone help!

My 15month old girl has been happily down one nap a day (10.30-12/12.30) since around age 12months & going to bed at 7pm as she always has. The last 2 weeks have been hellish, she has suddenly decided bedtime is 5pm. Tea is at 4.30pm & we always played quietly until 6/6.15 before bath, milk bed routine. Now though as soon as tea is over she is SO tired she is burying her face into the floor, crying and generally lolling about. She has just started walking but can that really have such an effect of her energy ? I thought kids were meant to have endless energy ?! She is not sick, no temp, no symptoms, perfectly happy baby in the mornings & at lunch. I have tried to move the one nap to a later time but she is just too tired to go down any later than about 11.30am so it makes no difference. Ive tried getting her to sleep earlier and going back to two naps but she takes the one nap early and still wont go for a second in the afternoon. The early bedtime seems to have created more night wakings (usually goes right back to sleep but wakes us up several times) and she also cries in her sleep but this is something she has done since around 6 months. I get that a bad night sleep can make you tired the next day but that doesn't seem to fit because its not like she is sleeping in late or being tired all day or at random times during the day, its always 5pm, like she has had enough and just wants to go to bed. Is that common ?

Thanks for listening!x
