Hello all, I'm new to Mumsnet so if I make any faux pas s please let me know!
The reason I've signed up really is research. I'm currently in the middle of my dissertation for my degree (final year, woop!) and my project topic is the effects of marketing and advertising on young children and the ethics behind it all.
As mothers, I'm sure you all have views and idea about the way adverts are aimed at your children and also the images and inferences made on adverts that are not aimed at children but still unavoidable in every day life. I'd really appreciate any thoughts and feedback you have to enrich my research.
