Anyone had any experience of Esprico for behaviour and attention? Omega's 3,6 magnesium & zinc?

My son (4 years 10 mths) has always been very physical (he's from rugby playing stock) and very full of beans but since starting school in September his teacher seems to think its not within normal boundaries and is getting the Senco to observe him. He definitely has a pretty short attention span for learning though is very bright and enormously engaging, with a very defined sense of humour. He's popular in class with the teachers and kids but I hate how we more often or not get held back at pick up to go through the "not been a good day" chats about getting in trouble or not listening, or hurting someone during general rough housing and larking about when he gets over excited.

I've heard about Esprico which claims to help calm them and increase their attention span. Has anyone any experience of this? I understand its not a drug in the extent that it is polyunsaturated fatty acids with omega 3, 6, zinc and magnesium which are are in many supplements?.

I just want him to keep enjoying school and really benefit from his education to the max without the distractions of being the naughty kid or not keeping as he can't stay focused.

His teacher said she doesn't think he has anything "labelled" but she is finding it challenging to keep him engaged without disrupting the class hence the senco.

Any advise really appreciated!!!
