my DS lives with his dad and has done for 3 years ( his choice, he wanted to be near his school and friends, and I needed to be near my family and friends after my divorce)... Over the past year DS and Ex relationship as broke down, DS has no respect for his dad, and Ex is still struggling to be a parent after 14 years, he often works late, there is no routine at home etc (he does have a partner who he lives with also).Since sept, I have found that my son as been self harming, ( I got him an urgent referral to CAMHS) he has been smoking pot, and cigarettes, was caught in school with a legal high he had bought off internet, (police were involved at that point) and at weekend, his dad rang to say mobile phone bill was £130, Plus DS had spent £230 on Ex paypal account (for fifa point on xbox) and then took £10 out of Ex wallet on Monday evening. I have pleased with DS and Ex for DS to come live with me and his sister, but both have said no...Ex tells me he is sorting it out, I feel like I have lost my little boy who was always polite, and kind and loved by everyone.
Im at my wits end! what would you do?
