Hello, since my 2.7 DD was a baby she's always sounded like she's straining. People would say "oh I think she's doing a poo" to which I'd normally reply, "hmm no, she always does that" I used to put it down to wind when she's was a baby but she still does it now. She makes a kind of 'ugh' sound. It's not all the time but quite often. It does sound like she's straining. Also sounds a bit like when you've got a cold and can't breathe through your nose properly and end up breathing in and out through your mouth. She does have very very large tonsils - could it be that??
