I doubt any school would have a policy on it. Could you try talking to class teacher or senco, perhaps giving some information or ideas that might help? Does your school have a parent-liaison person (some do)? Or maybe the county behaviour support team could help.

No policy as such.
Would be through IEP I guess and advice through senco, class teacher and parent.
