Please help!!! My 3 year old bangs his head

Hi, I'm new to this and the health visitors don't seem to answer my calls, I really need some help..... My three year old son bangs his head on the floor and pavement if it's bad, he seems frustrated and I just don't know what to do now, would really appreciate some advice

Is it during a tantrum?

No he seems to flip out if he has to do something he doesn't want to like put his coat on etc

My little boy used to do this when he was cross or frustrated. We heard about cranial massage and nearly went to try it, but he then started to settle down. Apparently pressure can build up in the skull and the cranial massage releases it and totally chills the kids out! Was recommended from a friend who had same problems and had them solved. Might be worth looking into?
