Managing anger and aggression in 4 year old.

Looking for any tips to help 4yo deal with his emotions. He is very quick to get upset if something bothers him, eg if he wants a particular swing at the park! He will cry and clench his fists etc. He can also get physical. I think he is a sweet-natured boy, and I don't ever see/hear him saying mean things to other kids, but he will hit out at kids who do this to him, and again, will get very upset. I really want to help him manage his feelings of anger. Thanks
