Is it worth contacting these for some support?

I think you should see your GP and ask for an urgent referral so he is seen very quickly. If you can get them to understand that this is very extreme and you're concerned that he may come to harm they should see him sooner.

My DDs who have AS have both experienced hallucinations, auditory and visual, when their anxiety is very high. With that in mind, I'd suggest doing whatever you can to keep your DS's anxiety levels down until he's been seen by CAMHS.

I wouldn't reinforce his beliefs by playing along but I'd also avoid openly challenging them for now. Maybe try to ignore and change the subject whenever possible to avoid having to respond directly.

The school should not be giving him labels like psychotic but it's worth mentioning that to the GP in order to get the urgency across.

I wouldn't Google any more if I were you. Lots of aspects of ASD can present like serious mental health problems and there are plenty of people out there with the wrong diagnosis. You don't need to go through all that worrying and then find this is just about his anxiety being increased.

The school is a special needs school and he has been there for 7 yrs now thay are very good thay havent labled him thay see symptoms and asked me to watch him and see what I see. He is very angery all the time he got 3 younger siblins and im on my own with all 4 so it is hard he has also hit puberty and even for a non special need child that is hard but for a boy that has the maturity of a 5 yr old it is even harder for him but thank you I will contact the gp and try get him seen quicker :-)
