11 month old with hairs don below

please help me look at this rationally. is is normal for my dd to have a few hairs on vagina?

this is my first child ad i always fear the worst. she was born with lots of hair (on head) and still has loads, but hair down below????
it was faint before but now i see about 4 or 5 dark ones, but only if you scrutinise down there.

I think we all have hair all over our bodies, and some people's are darker than others. I remember when ds developed fine hair on his arms - if he was dark I expect it would be more noticeable. Why not ask the hv or gp at your next visit, though?

my dd has always had lots of blond hair..everywhere, fine downy stuff, but although im dark adn her dad is a bit lighter she is lighter still..her legs have hairs too

but has anyone seen it down below????????? i understand that babies can have it as down all over bodies, but not at yea suly? the vagina is also very speecific to pubic hair isn't it?
