Just wondering what sort of things they check ? Just incase I need to teach ds to do something amazing in the next fortnight GrinGrin

Fine motor skills, so things like picking up beads or passing an object from one hand to the other. Where the child is up to with walking, babbling/talking, eating, sleeping etc. they ask if you have any concerns. It should be fairly low key and nothing to worry about.

At my check up (DS obviously I don't remember my own lol) the HV just asked if he could do certain things like pull up to standing, walk aided/unaided was he babbling could he pass things between hands, how he socialised with other children. She didn't actually ask to see anything. It was really informal and there were 8-10 other mums seeing HV in the same room doing the same thing. I wouldn't worry x
