DS waking exactly same time every night / morning

I'm a little spooked about the fact that my DS (25mo) has started waking at exactly the same times every night and morning- 4.45 and again at 6.41. It's exactly the same (to the minute). There's nothing that could be waking him up as we live in a quiet area...can his sleep rhythms be so precise?? I really want to break the 6.41 habit as DC2 due in a couple of weeks and ideally he would go a little longer before shouting and demanding to get up-he was previously our 7.30 alarm clock so don't understand the change..any thoughts?? Heating going on?
Our friends had this happen, it was next door's alarm clock!

Hope you get it sorted.

Ps he's 2 yrs - you don't need to give their age in months now Wink (personal bugbear)

We had this and it turned out to be next door's alarm clock. We now put DS to bed with white noise. It's made a massive difference.

It's definitely not an alarm clock as their young dc live in the back of the house where he is and their parents are at the front near our room, definitely not an alarm! Makes no sense. I imagine our routines will all get a bit messy when the clocks change and DC2 arrives, I could just do with more sleep at nearly 38w pg...Shock

6.38am here and has been for about 3 yrs. Heating/no heating. Dustman/no dustman.
We have been through every scenario - he's not even in the same room as he 1st was. I, in turn, now wake at 6.35am to intercept him.
But! Bugger me, over the past week he has slept in longer.
