Not sure where to post this so here goes with apologies if I've missed a more appropriate place!

DD will be 2.2 when DC 2 is born in May - will I need a double buggy? I'm guessing so for longer walks/days out?

I think it depends, I had a double for a similar age gap (2.1) and couldn't have done without it, I have used it every day. However we don't drive so walk/bus everywhere dd2 is 7months and I have just got rid of it and swapped for a buggy board as I want dd1 to get used to walking before preschool and also due to a lack of space issue plus it tires dd out. Dd1 no longer has a daytime nap which has also allowed me to stop using the double. There is a pushchairs topic which could be some help but I think it depends on how much walking you do etc.

DS used a pushchair until just turned 3. The vast majority of the year before he walked or perched on the toddler step, but he needed it when he got tired on days out/ long walks, and for occasional naps. If we'd not had a buggy he'd have walked much less overall as we wouldn't have ventured out as far or as often.
